Introducing the New Breezy Cloud™ Tiers: Powerful Tools for Modern Disinfection Programs

On December 8, 2025, Breezy Med is launching new Breezy Cloud™ tiers designed to give hospitals clearer options for automation, accountability, and operational insight. These tiers—Free, Basic, and Advanced—make it easier for teams to choose the right level of digital support for their disinfection workflows, from simple recordkeeping to full location-aware automation.

This update also re-introduces our newest capability: Breezy Cloud Advanced, which brings built-in Real-Time Location Services (RTLS) location tracking to every Breezy Blue™ system. Hospitals can now automatically record where each disinfection cycle occurs, track equipment movement, and generate electronic records that support audits, compliance reviews, and performance improvement.

Why These New Tiers Matter

Hospitals are under pressure to do more with fewer resources. Breezy Cloud now gives EVS and IP teams simple tools to:

  • Reduce labor by pairing aerosolized hydrogen peroxide (aHP) whole-room disinfection with automated documentation

  • Standardize processes with location-aware disinfection workflows

  • Improve training and supervision through operational metrics and accountability

  • Strengthen infection-prevention documentation with electronic records that are always complete and audit-ready

Each tier is designed to support a different stage of digital maturity in hospital disinfection programs.

What’s New with Breezy Cloud Advanced

Breezy Cloud Advanced brings integrated RTLS functionality directly into the Breezy platform. Hospitals now get:

  • Automatic room/location tracking of every disinfection cycle

  • Equipment tracking to log assets disinfected within the room (e.g. wheelchairs)

  • Facility-wide monitoring for usage statistics and process improvements

  • Electronic documentation for audits, surveys, and infection-prevention reports

  • Operational dashboards that help EVS supervisors monitor performance and support training

This feature set was designed specifically to reduce labor, eliminate manual recordkeeping, and give hospitals a clearer picture of how disinfection resources are being used.

Transition Plan for Existing Users

To make this change seamless:

  • All current Breezy Cloud users will receive the Basic tier at no cost through March 31, 2026.

  • On April 1, 2026, those users will automatically move to the Free tier unless they choose to upgrade.

  • Any customers currently trialing Advanced features will continue on Breezy Cloud Advanced for the full duration of their trials.
