The session will explore why verification and confirmation matter when evaluating environmental disinfection programs and how connected technologies can help demonstrate that disinfection procedures have been completed as intended.

Attendees will also hear about recent research, including studies evaluating in-situ privacy curtain disinfection and aerosol movement and room coverage, along with the latest advancements in aerosolized hydrogen peroxide technology. The presentation will discuss how thoughtful integration of automated disinfection can strengthen environmental services programs and support more standardized, measurable cleaning practices.
