Introducing New Breezy Bundles—Designed for How You Deploy Breezy

As Breezy Med has expanded the Breezy platform, our customers’ needs have become more diverse. Some organizations deploy Breezy systems permanently within a single facility. Others transport systems between sites. Still others—especially federal agencies—prioritize simple, one-time procurement with predictable long-term costs.

To better support these real-world use cases, we’re introducing new Breezy System bundles that replace our previous base system configuration, which will no longer be available for purchase after January 1, 2026.

These new bundles align hardware, mobility options, and Breezy Cloud subscriptions into clear, purpose-built configurations—making it easier to select the right system from day one.

What’s driving the new bundles?

There are three key updates behind this change:

1. Breezy Cloud™ tiers are now part of the system design

Breezy Cloud has evolved into a smart hospital cloud platform with multiple subscription tiers, supporting different operational needs—from basic system connectivity to advanced location tracking and reporting.

Hospitals and healthcare facilities often benefit from Breezy Cloud Advanced, which includes RTLS-based location tracking and automated documentation. In contrast, cleaning service providers typically prioritize portability and simplicity and may not require ongoing tracking or reporting.

The new bundles reflect these differences by including the most appropriate Breezy Cloud tier—or no subscription at all—based on how the system is typically used.

2. Breezy Holster™ is now included to keep the controller with the system

We’ve also introduced the Breezy Holster, a new accessory designed to securely mount the controller directly on the Breezy Blue system. The attached Holster is depicted in the photo above.

In environments where Breezy is used with the mechanical push-button, controllers are frequently removed and misplaced. As more customers adopt advanced features—such as updated controls and RTLS functionality—keeping the controller physically attached to the system becomes essential.

The Breezy Holster:

• Keeps the controller with Breezy Blue at all times

• Simplifies transport between rooms or facilities

• Supports reliable use of advanced Breezy Cloud features

The Holster mounts directly to Breezy Blue and includes integrated cable management, as shown in these assembly instructions.

3. Bundles are now tailored to distinct deployment models

Rather than a one-size-fits-all base system, the new bundles are designed around three common deployment scenarios:

• Hospitals and similar facilities
  Systems typically remain on-site and benefit from advanced cloud features like location tracking, compliance documentation, and reporting.

• Cleaning service providers
  Systems are transported between facilities, prioritizing mobility and simplicity over ongoing cloud subscriptions.

• Federal agencies and similar buyers
  Procurement teams often prefer a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription charges, simplifying contracts and reducing total cost of ownership over the 5-year service life of a Breezy System—an especially important factor for VA hospitals and other federal facilities.
